We create juices, salads, soups, sandwiches, breads and treats from locally sourced, organic foods. As well we make our own raw crackers, and a variety of fermented food such as kombucha, kimchee, kefir and sauerkraut.
Following the Weston A. Price Foundation’s philosophy of cooking with nutrient dense rich foods, our emphasis is on traditional cooking. Animal fats and cholesterol are not villains but vital factors in the diet, necessary for normal growth, proper function of the brain and nervous system, protection from disease and optimum energy levels. These animal fats contain important fat soluble vitamins such as A, D, E and K .
Our foods are prepared with mineral-rich bone broths, pastured raised meats, eggs and dairy products; organic vegetables, whole grains, and legumes; natural sweeteners; traditional fats.
